| 1-Under Bar and Grille - 1-Under Bar and Grille hosted their Grand Opening in December of 2007. The owners have made a significant investment into the location by re-modeling the bar. 1-Under has added more seats, flat panel HDTV’s and pool tables. 1-Uner is located at Idyl Wyld Golf Course and offers an attached banquet hall & catering services. |

LIVONIA PUBLIC SCHOOLS RECOGNIZED FOR WORKFORCE PREPARATION
The Livonia Public Schools was recently designated a Gold Medal district by Expansion Management magazine in its 14th annual Education Quotient issue. Each year, the magazine compares more than 2,800 school districts across the country on how well the district is preparing its students to be part of the workforce after graduation. To be ranked as a Gold Medal winner, a district must rank in the top 16 percent of all school districts nationally.
WONDERLAND VILLAGE (Wonderland Development)
The redevelopment of the former Wonderland Mall site has started with the demolition of the current structure. The site plan includes a Target, Super Wal-Mart (as an 18 hour operation) and as many as 40 other stores and restaurants. The development will be designed in a "village-style setting", with sidewalks, a public-event area, close parking and outdoor access to all of the stores and restaurants. The entire project will create 500-1,000 full- and part-time jobs. The two anchor stores for this hundred million dollar redevelopment project are slated to open in late summer or early fall of 2007.
